Note: Delka currently only undertakes guidance for the purchase of apartments in Athens.
Standard. This package includes the evalution- communication with the owners without taking on all the legal – notarial issues. The cost for this service is 2% of the selling price.
Premium. This package includes 360ᵒ support from the assessment until the apartment is finally in your hands. Specifically, in addition to Standard’s services, we provide an experienced team of certified lawyers, engineers and notaries. We take care of the coordination of all involved to speed up the procedures and complete them reliably without you having to worry about anything. The cost for this service is 2% of the sale price and €250 to support the whole process.
Questions about someone who wants to buy an apartment at auction
- You inform us about the apartment – auction property that you want more information about.
- We proceed with an assessment – market research to see if it is worth proceeding
- We collect all the necessary supporting documents that will be needed for your participation in the competition
- We contact the responsible notary who has taken over the auction where he will have to approve your participation.
- We participate on your behalf in the auction and we are in communication throughout the process, with the aim of achieving that the property is awarded to us and we emerge as the winners of the auction.
- In case we are the winners of the competition, we initiate all the procedures until the property passes into your hands as soon as possible, completely “clean” of financial burdens.
Initial Assignment Cost
This package includes consulting – assessment – collection of supporting documents for the successful participation in the auction. The amount for all of the above is 200 euros + VAT and is a one-time payment and you pay at the beginning of the process.
In case the desired property is not finally awarded to us, with the above cost you can participate with us in 2 other auctions.
Cost of Successful Real Estate Auction
In the event that the auction is completed and we are the winners (overbidders), then we receive a commission of 1.5% on the winning price. This cost includes full support throughout the process until the property passes into your hands completely “clean”.

An experienced team of certified lawyers, engineers and notaries is by your side. We take care of the coordination of all involved to speed up the procedures and complete them reliably without you having to worry about anything.
The cost for this service is 2% of the sale price and €500 to support the whole process.
Yes, as Delka we buy apartments if they are included in specific areas – strategic points. More specifically, if your property is located in areas of the center such as Koukaki, Pagrati, Mets, Syntagma, Panormou, they are among our options. Initially, a personalized assessment is made and if you agree, we proceed to the next stages until the final purchase from us. If we still do not reach a purchase agreement, we can proceed with posting – viewing – promoting it with one of the above packages.

Specifically, in addition to the services of the Standard package, we provide professional photography (Virtual Tour, Floor Plan) and taking care of the whole process. We agree with the tenant, make the contracts, leases and coordination of all involved to speed up the processes. You don’t have to worry about anything!
The cost for this service is the 1st rent and €300 once to support the whole process.

- You inform us about the renovation you are considering whether it is partial or total as well as whether it is intended for long or short term rental or furnishing
- Recording your needs and communicating with the leading technical companies where we will transform your apartment into a modern, high performance and aesthetic space.
Light Pack. If you want to proceed with a partial renovation (e.g. only the bathroom), you can choose the specific package.

Standard Pack. If your apartment is in average condition and you want to proceed with a total renovation, we recommend this package which includes all removals, bathroom, kitchen renovations, floor, aluminum and painting changes.

Premium Pack. If your apartment is in a bad condition and needs a total renovation, we suggest you choose this package that includes all removals, renovations of the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, changing the floor, cabinets, aluminum. In addition, it includes the replacement of doors, electrical support and painting.

Platinum Pack. You want your apartment to be of high standards. We choose leading architectural offices – technical companies where they carry out 3d renderings – plans before the start of the works as well as the furnishing of the space with premium materials – furniture.

In cases of short-term rental, the corresponding procedures are followed to ensure that your apartment will be kept in excellent condition.
Long Term Rent Package. This package includes overall support – communication with the tenant and solving all problems. Monthly apartment inspection and rent payment guarantee.

Short Term Standard Package. This package includes support and information about the reservations. In addition, it includes the management of payments and all communications with the customers. The Standard Package doesn’t include the Check In services or the cleaning of the apartment.

Short Term Premium Package. This package includes everything Standard + 360ᵒ support for whatever comes up. In addition, we undertake the Check In for the customers with our physical presence if necessary and the professional cleaning of the apartment before the arrival of a customer.

General Questions
No, the estimate service is completely FREE. Through a series of information that will be provided to us about your apartment as well as other quality-technical characteristics that we will register, we calculate the maximum possible sale-rental value.
At the moment Delka undertakes apartments for sale – rent – management – renovation only within Attica and up to approximately 200 sq.m.
