Rental packages
Standard. This package includes the rent estimate ,standard photography and showing the apartment to the tenants.
Premium. This package includes 360ᵒ support from the evaluation until the tenant moved in the apartment. Specifically, in addition to the services of the Standard package, we provide professional photography (Virtual Tour, Floor Plan) and taking care of the whole process. We agree with the tenant, make the contracts, leases and coordination of all involved to speed up the processes. You don’t have to worry about anything!
